In much of sub-Saharan Africa, agriculture is a powerful tool for driving growth, overcoming poverty, and enhancing food security. Its productivity must increase so that other sectors of the economy can expand.

How to improve agriculture in Africa? invest in rural infrastructure, including roads and railways, storage and processing sites, markets, communication systems, and reliable supply networks for farmers
